The rooms are fully furnished and each equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a wardrobe with mirror, a height-adjustable desk, and an ergonomic desk chair. All rooms have external blinds and the entire apartment has underfloor heating. The building also has an elevator. You will also find a fast DSL connection (included in the rent).

The shared apartment has a total of four rooms, including your own. The common area includes a dining area with a large extendable dining table and chairs, a beautiful and spacious fitted kitchen (with stove, oven, 2 refrigerators with a freezer compartment), a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a storage room, and a separate toilet.

The apartment is located directly at the Loisachstraße bus stop, from where you can quickly reach the Donau-Einkaufszentrum (DEZ) shopping center in 5 minutes and Regensburg Central Station with the Regensburg Arcaden shopping mall in 15 minutes with bus lines 4, 8, 8B, and 34.
