* 1.5-room apartment (35 m²)
* Located in the heart of Munich, just a few minutes from Karlsplatz (Stachus) and Hauptbahnhof
* Fully furnished
* Warm rent: €1,040/month, including Wi-Fi
* Building with an elevator
* Excellent public transport: U1–U8 and S1–S8 are all within a 5-minute walk
* Lidl, REWE, restaurants, cafés, and all daily necessities are just 2 minutes away
* Very central location with everything within walking distance

What I’m looking for:

* 2-room (2-Zimmer) apartment
* Preferably in Munich with good public transport connections
* Maximum warm rent: approximately €1,400/month
