I'm offering a single room flat in Kreuzberg, directly across from Spreewald Platz for trade of a bigger flat where me and my partner can live together.

My flat is 30sqm with a large kitchen, sunny bedroom, and small bathroom. The bedroom has a hochbett, so space is maximized for working/lounging as needed. The flat is on the 5th floor in the back house, with windows facing south and gets lots of sun light. Even in the darkest of winter days the room is well lit.

The bedroom has a wood/coal fireplace in the room which is used for heating in the winter and there is an infrared heater in the kitchen. The neighbors are also very lovely and super helpful. I've really enjoyed living here!

The rent is 290€ plus electricity.
